- We develop three initial layouts for each floor of your home and work closely with you to review and refine them. Together, we identify the best solutions, creating layouts that are perfectly aligned with your lifestyle, preferences, and vision
- The next crucial step is bringing your design vision to life with a mood board, carefully crafted to reflect the atmosphere, colours, and overall style of your future home. It unites every detail into a harmonious whole, giving you a clear sense of how your space will look and feel.
- After that, we produce 3D white model renderings, allowing you to experience your space in full 3D, understand its scale and flow, and truly feel how it will come to life.
[3] Materials, Finishes, Lightings, Furniture selection
- As we select materials, we craft individual mood boards for each important space, thoughtfully combining textures, colours, and finishes. These boards allow you to visualize the atmosphere of your future home and see how every element comes together in perfect harmony.
- The selection of lighting, furniture, tiles, and stone can be done in person at showrooms or online, depending on what’s most comfortable and convenient for you. Whether you prefer hands-on exploration or a seamless virtual experience, we tailor the process to fit your lifestyle.
- Once the materials are preliminarily approved, we create detailed sketches or 3D renderings for each room, bringing your vision closer to reality.

- The next step is creating detailed construction drawings and elevations, providing a clear foundation for the build. When permits are required, we seamlessly collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure full compliance and precision at every stage.
- An integral part of every project is creating detailed drawings for custom millwork and cabinetry. During this stage, we prepare precise drawings that define every element of your built-in furniture – ensuring functionality, aesthetic harmony, and flawless production.
- In parallel, we document all chosen materials, finishes, and details in comprehensive specifications and schedules, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project.
[5] Budget and Pre-Construction (OPTIONAL)
- At this stage, we reach out to general contractors, cabinet makers, trades, and suppliers to request, collect and review quotes, discussing all details to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with the project vision.
[6] Proqurement (OPTIONAL)
- When we manage procurement, you save valuable time and avoid the complexity of coordinating multiple vendors. We issue requests to suppliers, review and verify quotes, collect and evaluate samples, place orders, establish delivery schedules, handle any claims, and maintain ongoing communication with all parties, ensuring every item is delivered on time and meets the highest standards of quality.
