This service is ideal for homeowners who want to implement our practical ideas themselves and simply require a bit of guidance and inspiration.
The clients that fall into this category are typically more budget-conscious, have just moved into a new home, or are handy people who want to implement their project themselves and want the confidence that they are moving in the right direction.
Every design consultation is different, and you can use the 2 hours however you wish.
We can focus on one room, one floor, or every room in your home!
During our time together, we keep track of all the inspiration and ideas we discuss for your home, including links to specific products we select. Even if you’re a meticulous note-taker, this saves you a significant amount of time!
$500 + HST in person
Each additional hour – $150 + HST
$400 + HST virtual
Each additional hour – $130 + HST

You’ll have an expert at your fingertips to guide you through decisions, answer questions, and provide clarity—without the pressure of a full-service commitment. Ideal for anyone starting a renovation or redesign and unsure of the best next step.
This service is ideal for homeowners who don’t want to be limited to a single 2-hour consultation, but instead prefer the flexibility of asking questions, revisiting decisions, getting additional advice, or even receiving drawings, sketches, or 3D visuals over a 30-day period. It’s designed for those who want to implement our practical ideas themselves but simply need extra guidance and inspiration along the way.
Every design consultation is unique, and you can use these 10 hours however you wish—whether it’s for preparing drawings, visiting showrooms together, or receiving ongoing advice on furniture and color selections based on our recommendations.
As we work together, we document all the inspiration and ideas for your project, including links to selected products, any drawings, sketches, or 3D visuals we create. Everything will be neatly organized into folders and spreadsheets and shared with you via Google Drive. Even if you take detailed notes yourself, this process will save you a lot of time!

- Your 10-hour package is available for 30 days, giving you the flexibility to use the time as you need. Any unused hours simply expire at the end of this period

- Furniture selection, colour palettes, and material finishes are not included but can be added as separate services upon request

When creating the perfect layout that meets all your expectations, lifestyle, plans, and budget is no longer enough, and you want to experience your future interior with exceptional realism, seeing exactly how your space will look and function, a professional 3D rendering model is your essential tool.
A blueprint doesn’t always give a full sense of the space or its ergonomics. Seeing your future home in a 3D model from different angles is a fantastic way to confirm your design choices and experience the feeling of being at home from the very beginning.
